Incrocio Manzoni and Bronner are harvested in August, direct pressed and fermented together. Durella and Garganega are harvested in September with a overnight maceration of the skins. All fermentations occur in stainless steel and wines are aged in a mix of acacia and oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage.
