Almost simultaneously to their project Braccia Rese, in 2015 Nicolò, Livio and Elia all started making fruit ciders together just for fun in the Craveri brothers's kitchen. Once the new cellar at the Busca farm had some extra space, the three of them founded a nègociant cider company seperately from Braccia Rese called Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti.

They idea behind it was to develop a new project that could gives voice to the place they grew up as well as to one of the main agricultural products of the area: apples. The initial challenge soon turned into experiments with different varieties of apples.

At the moment most of the fruits is supplied by local farmers to give added value to their work and to the territory. But they are fast moving to become farmers, shifting attention to organic farming and ancient apple varieties.

Like for the wines, apples and other fruits naturally ferments after being minced and pressed. After short maceration and no filtering, fresh must is normally added to start the second fermentation in bottle. No preservative are added at any stage.

Two separate companies but they all harvest together and work together in the cantina kind of like one. Sharing the same goals, they want to maintain the identities of the local grapes and fruits making positive and genuine products.
