ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti was founded in 2015 by Nicolò, Livio, and Elia as a cider project alongside Braccia Rese. Focused on local apples and other fruits, they work with nearby farmers while moving toward organic cultivation and recovering ancient varieties. Fermentations are natural, unfiltered, and additive-free, with bottle fermentation sparked by fresh must. Though a separate company, they share harvests, cellar, and philosophy with Braccia Rese—making genuine, territory-driven wines and ciders.
