ABOUT THE PRODUCER

I Castagnucoli is located in the southern part of the Euganei hills, in Cinto Euganeo. Nicola Del Santo, who has been leading the vineyard since 2010 is a former archaeologist. Heavily influenced by natural winemaking techniques, Nicola has planted an amazing variety of grapes: Moscato Giallo, Glera, Garganega, Marzemina Bianca, Merlot, Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso, Corbinella, Pataresca, Turchetta and Cavarara.

Nicola's work comes from a love of the land on which he grew up. His goal is to improve it, increasing and safeguarding biodiversity.
