L’Eva 2025 is a Trebbiano from a young vineyard planted by Andrea and Daniela, alongside their existing “Vigna del Postino”. After a short 36-hour skin maceration, the grapes are pressed and the wine is aged for six months in concrete.
Fresh and delicate, showing citrus zest, a hint of spice and a lovely saline character, with balanced acidity and a clean, focused finish.
