ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Braccia Rese was founded in 2020 in Busca, at the foot of the Cuneo mountains, by Elia Lamberti, brothers Livio and Nicolò Craveri, and Giovanni Cismondi. Reviving Giovanni’s grandparents’ old vineyards and farmhouse, they farm organically on sandy–clay soils protected by forest and cooled by the Monviso microclimate. Working with rare native varieties such as Chatus, Neretta Cuneese, Baratuciat, and Quagliano, they vinify simply with native yeasts, minimal sulfur, and aging in fiberglass or concrete.
Alongside the wines, they also run Sidreria Craveri & Lamberti, producing natural, additive-free ciders from local apples and ancient varieties. Though two companies, they share harvests, cellar, and philosophy—crafting genuine, territory-driven wines and ciders that honor the agricultural heritage of the Colline Saluzzesi.
