ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Just outside the medieval town of San Gimignano, Alessandro Tofanari and Simona Orsini farm old vineyards with a deep respect for Tuscany's agricultural traditions. Working organically and with minimal intervention, they focus on indigenous varieties such as Vernaccia, Trebbiano Toscano and Sangiovese, producing wines that are textured, savoury and unmistakably Tuscan. Their philosophy is simple: healthy vineyards, gentle winemaking and wines that faithfully reflect the place and the season.
